GrayFoxe Posted November 13, 2018 Report Share Posted November 13, 2018 I received not long ago View 71 RGB, fans work but no light, tried switching ports on controller, one or 2 light up but no control over them, seems like faulty controller. Then was browsing through TT website and found out there is a Riing PLUS version out there but nowhere to be found to buy it. https://www.thermaltake.com/Chassis/Full_Tower_/View/C_00003343/View_71_Tempered_Glass_RGB_Plus_Edition/design.htm Yet support send me link of standard View 71 rgb saying picture is for reference only while their website clearly shows otherwise. No idea who thought that was a good idea but I could see a lot of people taking legal action about this since it is really false advertisement. The fans in the link you provided are only the Riing Plus RGB - NON PREMIUM. Returned the case back to Canada Computers and purchased the base level Thermaltake View 71 from Newegg Canada during Black Friday week sale for $180 after discount.
