Shelledfade Posted December 13, 2018 Report Share Posted December 13, 2018 Hello I have recently build my computer and I have the controller that came with the case hooked up to my Z390 Gigabyte Aorus Master board using one of the USB 8-pin ports. When running the software for the case it won't let me change the fan speed but I can adjust RGB lighting no problem. I will provide a screenshot attachment to what it looks like. I do not know what I did wrong. I will provide a screenshot of what my connector setup looks like in the case as well. Is this software not supported for my board or have I hooked this up wrong? Please change your product name to "Riing Plus" by list as below this image. And please close number 4 and number 5 by click this button. If it still have issue, just reply to let me know. Thank you!
