Schiaffo88 Posted December 22, 2018 Report Share Posted December 22, 2018 hi, I installed DPS G 3.1.1 and logged in, but on the site "http://dps.thermaltake.com/en/remote" the PSU is always offline even if the PC is turned on. moreover it does not send the reports / feeds to the site and even the meters do not go up. the win10 FW is open at entry / exit. Why keep going to the site to look when nothing is happening. Now the login screen page will appear and there you need to use default username and password. You will get those login detail in the router box. Check the router backside to know the IP address, username, and password.
