crap customer service for broken cooler fan

I have tried for months to get a response from you to refund a computer cooling fan that was sent defective and then died 1.5 after buying it in July 2018.  Why don't you respond to my emails and phone calls?  It is broken, was sent with a broken USB but the fan worked ok so I kept it.  But then it broke without any damage from me.

I send this message today and if not hearing back because you are a horrible company with responding to my emails and calls, that I will go to the BBB and lodge a complaint.  I have complained on Amazon.com and told customer service of your no response.
