Naekyr
Hi I have this AIO: https://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00003122 My CPU is getting very hot at 90c I can see in BIOS the pump is always running at 1800rpm. I also used HWInfo software in windows and even when stress testing the CPU at 100% load, the pump is always at 1800rpm The product is advertised as 3600rpm How do I make it work at 3600rpm so my CPU doesn't get to 90c?? Wandererqq
I have the same question from HWinfo im seeing the rpm at 1500-1600rpm, is there a way so we can check the pump rpm?
STHbuilds
The only thing I can think of is the setting on the bottom of the pump should be set at 5 and make sure the controller is not restricted in the Bios speed setting. Not sure what motherboard you have, but try checking these two items. I am no pro, just have built a few open loop systems using TT products, so I know a little just from my experience. Good luck
Wandererqq
I had made a ticket to Thermaltake support and reply that since the plug is a 3pin not a 4pin it makes 2 pulses of 1800rpm instead of one at 3600rpm so according with their instructions it's working properly. Check from your mobo if it set at max speed the pump and if its properly installed. If all the above fails it seems you have to change the AIO.
