My software will install but icon never shows up in the system tray and if I start manually it just flashes up and disappears. Firmware update will not run either, device apparently not found says to plug in (it is). Come on Thermaltake, support your products. How can this still be a problem 4 years later? flint54 Posted October 17, 2019 Report Share Posted October 17, 2019 I am experiencing same problem and every driver from TT either fails to run or will not recognize hardware being plugged in.
