Toughpower iRGB PLUS1000W no funciona bien la APP

Hola comunidad Thermaltake. Alguien ha resuelto y con exito, el problema de apagado repentino de la aplicacion Tt DPS G App? La inicio funciona 2 o 3 minutos y despues se apaga. En el visor de sucesos de W10 dice:

He desinstalado, limpiado el registro, reinstalado...etc todo... y sigue cerrandose en 2 o 3 minutos.

La fuente funciona bien, es nueva, tiene un mes de uso y es una maravilla, pero sin la aplicacion y su iluminacion, ya no es tan maravillosa, pero si muy cara.

Necesito una solucion, por favor.

The installation finished successfully without any errors, also I tried a couple of times to re-install.

How can I fix this? I really like my new LEVEL20 keyboard but without being eable to configure it properly, I may send it back.

Is ther any workaround availlable?

Please remove the "TT_PREMIUM_X1 " folder under this hidden path C:\Users\t757\AppData\Roaming\Tt

Then reinstall the V1.4.5. Here is download page  https://www.thermaltakeusa.com/downloads

Most of problem probably can be solve.

Yes I've already did this and unfortunately it did not fix the issue and doesnt want to start

Could you provide your MB, CPU and Windows version? (ASUS X299 , Intel i7 9700, Windows 10 1903)

Then what TT product did you purchase? (ex: LEVEL 20 RGB Mechanical gaming keyboard )

Is there a new update for this? I've tried the latest version (V1.4.6), it still doesn't work.

Could your provide the hidden file "x1_log.ini" below this path?

C:\Users\PC name\AppData\Roaming\Tt\TT_PREMIUM_X1\system

Navigating on the provided path, "x1_log.ini" does not exist or can't be found.

 

But upon checking the  event viewer, it shows this:

Faulting application name: TT iTAKE Engine.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5f32194e
Faulting module name: Qt5Core.dll, version: 5.7.0.0, time stamp: 0x575a68fa
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0000cf49
Faulting process id: 0x34a4

Hi,

Sadly this version doesn't seems to fix the the issue, also the program did not seems to generate the "x1_log.ini" file on the directory, where it should be located.

And also when starting the app it seems that it shows the splash screen and nothing happens.

 Thank you for the efforts and your support but sadly, this doesn't work either on my end.

I think the problem is not the application but my machine, since i've tried installing the application on my laptop and it works fine.

Here are the list of my issues I've found

- When opening the app, the splash screen pops up, loading occurs, my Level 20 mouse LED turned off then the app terminates.

- the small icon besides the windows time and date is showing when executing the app, then after it terminates by itself, the small icon is still there, hovering your mouse will make it disappear.

- After the app terminates, the program log "x1_log.ini" doesn't appear or generate on C:\Users\PC name\AppData\Roaming\Tt\TT_PREMIUM_X1\system

- Checking the event viewer this shows the following:

             Faulting application name: TT iTAKE Engine.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5f32194e
             Faulting module name: Qt5Core.dll, version: 5.7.0.0, time stamp: 0x575a68fa
             Exception code: 0xc0000005

after  browsing to my files, I think I've found the "x1_log.ini"  that you've been asking from me.

The file have been generated on a different users that's why I'm unable to find it.

here are the log files that the ini files contains

[Setting]
log_lanuage=lanuage_en
log_init_RegisterDevice=log_init_RegisterDevice_security
log_init_class=log_init_class_security
log_init_connect=log_init_connect_security
log_init_control_view=log_init_control_view_security
log_init_icon=log_init_icon_security
log_init_left_profile_view=log_init_left_profile_view_security
log_init_lib_usb=log_init_lib_usb_ok_found
log_init_menu_view=log_init_menu_view_security
log_init_view=log_init_brackground_security


I hope this is still valid. and currently the version 1.5.0 still doesnt works for me.

Dear Sir

Could you delete the log ini and iTake folder in different users account and remove the hidden folder C \Users\PC name\AppData\Roaming\Tt.

Then remove the iTake in system "Programs and functions" and reinstall the iTake 1.5.0 version.
