Can I use 2 TT sync controls

Hello, can I use 6 trio fans and lumi strips in one TT sync control? If not can I use 2 TT sync control? And if I can use 2 how do I do this

I have two different 3 pin headers I bought two controllers and was never able to get the second one to work. With only 9 inputs on the controller I don’t care that I had to buy second but I’d like them to have more inputs or be able to use two. Buy Corsair these clowns make laughable products.
