Voltage dipping on 12V rail to 11.52V under heavy load like gaming etc, but while idle voltage stays at 12.096V , is this normal or do I have to look for new PSU in the near future ?

I just need some information on PSU voltage drop under load on  +12V Rail 

when idle the voltage stays at 12.096 and under full load it stays at 11.612, some times 11.521 and at lower of 11.416 but had never gone below this range, will this be an issue in the near future, do i need to look for new psu , but recently I swapped a GTX 1070 FE with this RTX 2080 , with GTX it never went down 11.76 stays constant
