Disappointed in service & quality

Hi,

Can I start off by asking if anyone at Thermaltake read emails? I have hit the contact us page 2 times already in the last week asking for someone to make contact.

I have the Thermaltake Tt ESports X Fit 100 gaming chair which I bought in 2017 so unfortunately this is out of warranty & it would appear the hinge for the recline is broken as it no longer supports my back and it feels like the teeth on the cogs are grinding away with whatever holds the seat up when I rest my back on this.

 

I dont want to be throwing thid chair away given I paid the best part of £300 for it (I am currently sat on a £40 chair which I have had for 6 years plus!) & all it would appear is the problem would be the hinge.
