Keith Barton Posted September 24, 2019 Report Share Posted September 24, 2019 I have a Poseidon Z RGB keyboard still within the 5 year warranty period. I have contacted customer service (via the webform) 3 times - and have not had any response - because my keyboard chatters excessively, and has for quite some time. The only reason I've been able to keep using the keyboard at all is thanks to a little program by the name of Keyboard Chattering Fix. However, that solution can no longer counteract my keyboard's excessive chattering. The left shift key (which is the one I always use), now works only intermittently, and when it does work, it chatters so much (even when using the Keyboard Chattering Fix software) it constantly brings up the Windows Sticky Keys dialog box, making the keyboard unusable.
