So i'll start with the info you need :) Motherboard : MSI® MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI Processor : Rayzen 5 3600 Power : Be quiet 750 wat Tower PC : Thermaltake View 37 RGB Edition So right now this is working fine the controler (Riing Plus RGB Controller CL-O016-PL00BL-A) that came with the View 37 RGB Edition is plug correctly i can control everything through mystic light so i'm very happy. The problem : I order Riing Plus 12 RGB TT Premium Edition 5 fans. I connected the fan cable onto the controller. I connected the power supply onto the controller I connected the USB-C (Controller Cable which contain the letter C) onto my mother board (JUSB2 and then repalce JUSB1 who is used by my tower front connectic) What i did : Try the two USB-C to the controller : not ok Try to switch to JUSB1 : not ok On the software TTRGBPlus_Setup_130_x64.zip still getting Error Code: H__0x0001 - Fan not found Maybe some one will have an idea i cross my finger :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

od0ox Posted November 7, 2019 Author Report Share Posted November 7, 2019 It is not working the soft is still not detecting my fans. But they are light in default ranbow but seems to turn slowly.
