dl1994 Posted November 12, 2019 Report Share Posted November 12, 2019 hello TT forum, Yesterday 11/11/2019, i replaced my old power supply with the SMART PRO RGB 650W, upon turning the power of the psu on, it proceded to fry my entire system, down to the keyboard and mouse. (not kidding), i heard a loud pop and the burnt smell. I had a corsair before, it gave me no issue. But stupid me wanted RGB. upon contacting CS they said to file a claim that would take up to 8 weeks to resolve, i have to send my entire pc in and even then, there is no guarantee they will refund the damage. i need my pc for work its my only source of income. i tired to fill out a claim online, and i did not even receive a confirmation email. please share if you experienced anything like this.
