RebelRoots Posted November 29, 2019 Report Share Posted November 29, 2019 greeting I just bought the thermaltake rgb x1 keyboard try to install the application to be able to configure the macros and light effects but when you install the application it freezes my computer and gives me blue screen of death, I just did a new installation of the operating system To see if that solved my problem but not, the features of my computer are the following: 24GB of RAM DDR4 2400MHz, Core i5 6500 processor, Nvidia Geforce GTX1070, Mobo Asus Maximus Hero Vlll, Windows 10 Pro 1903 ... then I would like know if there is any way to solve the problem since it is very important for me to use macros and be able to use rgb without crashing my operating system Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
