Lukas Boehmer Posted December 1, 2019 Report Share Posted December 1, 2019 Okay, I just got my Riing Plus 14 a year ago and already when I got them had problems regarding the Software as I am on Ryzen and you can't plug in the Controller via the 9-pin cable, so I needed to go for a standard Micro-USB to USB 2.0 cable. This worked for the Last year or so and now that I bought a new CPU, I just stopped working. I started receiving the Error again but not all the time. When I start the Computer or disconnect the Fan Controller for a few seconds a plug it back in I have about 5 seconds to change things and then the Error pops up again. I'm pretty sure it's because of the new CPU (AMD Ryzen 7 2700x) that I just installed. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
