PCGUY2.0
Hey Tt, I bought a Tt Versa J24 Case about a couple months ago(September i think). When building my PC after running it the RGB for the fans weren't working. I have an ASUS X570-P motherboard that supports RGB but still it wont work! I have connected the RGB Fan cables to that back panel area then the power to Header 2 of the motherboard(12V,RGB).Please help me as i am a beginner builder and dont have a lot of skill to fix this issue! BTW my bro helped me with the software and the pc build so thats why im a little unexperienced.... P.S i tried holding the r button for 3 secs

Zagdima
Are you sure your fans RGB not only white color? Cause there is a single color version. If you have rgb version, 3 second pressing will switch to software controlling mode. Just pressing buton should switch colors. (of course if you have RGB fans not single colour fans) which case you have? - this https://www.thermaltake.com/versa-j24-tempered-glass-argb-edition.html or this - https://www.thermaltake.com/versa-j24-tempered-glass-rgb-edition.html if second you need Asus aura software.
