NeonMaker won’t recognize any of the 2 controllers on my system.
Your website says that NeonMaker is comparable with Riing Plus fans.
Which on is it? Please clarify. Are they compatible or not?

UPDATE: I reached out to Thermaltake customer and ThermalMike himself responded back telling me that they are hard at work getting the NeonMaker up to speed to work with all Thermaltake RGB fans/controllers including the Riing Plus series. He says to keep a eye out on NeonMaker software update.

They change Text. It now not supports only Riing Quad controller

Did they update all of the video footage claiming that NeonMaker isn’t compatible with anytime outside of the Riing Quad Controller as well?

At the 8:20 mark in this particular video, Thermal Mike says that the NeonMaker software is compatible with their entire ecosystem. He then confirms at 11:00 that the Riing Plus fans also fall into that category.
