  1. P3 Riser cable issues

I contacted my retailer (Amazon) and they refunded me 20% of the case which was great. I can now buy a new Riser with this refund.
  2. P3 Riser cable issues

Hi, I've had the P3 case for almost a year now and never had a problem with it. I decided today i'd install the bracket and Riser for my GPU instead of it facing downwards into my setup. So I installed it fine, connect the PCI up and the rest of it. After around 2 minutes of having it booted into Windows, it started stuttering. Sometimes it will just freeze up and force a reboot for no reason. I was also getting artifacts, when watching YouTube videos. I don't think this is acceptable. Does anyone know a way to resolve this issue or are there any Riser cables which don't have this problem? I didn't expect to have to search for replacement parts from day 1, after paying £130+.... Thanks.
  3. Hi, I bought these fans a couple days ago and installed them without a problem. Fan controller and all fans working fine including colours and speeds. However, after searching for the Software to control the fans independently of the physical controller, I've had problems. The software simply doesn't detect the fan controller even though the fan controller works fine. Here's some info you may need: OS: Windows 10 Pro (v10.0.15063 | Build 15063) Mobo: Gigabyte Gaming K3 (rev 1.0) (F5 BIOS) - I know this isn't the latest but I know it isn't the problem. Software: Riing RGB Tt PE (v2.1.5, F 1.0.0) - not sure what the F means. At this point I am considering writing my own app to control this... your support page for the product doesn't even list the software: http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model_support.aspx?id=C_00002775 Excellent hardware but we could do with the software to .
