They want me to RMA it.. I 1. cannot afford that (canada post is way over priced, it will cost $10+ to ship the fan in a bubble envelope), and 2. I will not have a computer to use for #### knows how long while i wait. I have found the proof of purchase...
I emailed TT support 6 days ago, no reply... my contac21 cooler's fan seems to be dying, every time i turn it on it makes a horrible grinding sound, like the bearings are shot. I have no idea how long the warranty is for this stupid fan, and i cant afford to ship it in. however, for some reason tapping the fan over and over eventually gets that grinding to stop. is there anybody who can some how get TT support to actually reply to this or my emai?
