  1. I have a single BlacX docking station that I am attempting to use to recover files off of the hard drive on an old laptop. Basically the power supply quit working on the old laptop, but the hard drive seems fine. I put it in the BlacX, and it spins up. It shows up on my new laptop, and I can open the disk. I can see folders, so I opened the one that says, "Documents and Settings." Their are several folders: "All Users," "Default," "Default Users," "Public," and "Rpbel." However, several of those are greyed out, but I can still open them. When I go to "Default," There are a bunch of folders. If I click on "Documents" there are links to "my pictures" "my videos" "my music", but none will open. In short, I can't find my documents anywhere, even though it appears all the folders are visible. Any suggestions?
