Would this product still get software updates?

Ive had the keyboard for 2 years now UK version. Letter m has failed, it double pressed when being clicked. Bought from scan UK which are sending me replacement unit.

I have recently purchased this keyboard (UK version) but for some reason two keys turn green when i try to customise the lighting on the keyboard.
