I think i found out the problem aft much research n troubleshooting. The main fault is the code 28. Its not the hardware but my laptop software issue that doesnt recognized any and all drivers anymore.

I just bought the Poseidon ZX blue illuminate. For some reason, drivers could not be installed. I keep getting driver is unavailable. Im using a laptop HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ak049TX. Couldnt find a driver for it online either. Im stuck and dun want to make it a wasted investment. Tried using other usb slots but all produce the same error. When 1st connected, the light shined for a bit but no keys strokes were registered. Device manager status shows device could not be installed (Code 28)
