Hi Martin, No it started happening maybe 3-4 months after I had the mouse. I live in Canada. Thanks for the help, I've been going crazy trying to get in touch with something at Tte.

Happened about a week ago, I've tried to restart/reinstall the configure app for the mouse but to no avail. Moving the mouse up and down seems to be fine but it won't move horizontally at all, it stutters and lags constantly. Any known issue with this? I bought the mouse off amazon so I'm not sure what I can do. Thanks,
