[windows not working]

i have the Ttesports By Thermaltake keyboard.  20 minutes ago, my windows key worked.  now it does absolutely nothing.  did some searching and it seems that to try holding Fn +PrntScrn takes you out of game mode back to normal mode so the win key works.  well, that did not help.  my win key is still not working.

 

i was just sitting here typing, then i went to use win+R and it failed to work.  tried ALL the other combo's, nothing.  it does not even take me off my desktop.  it does absolutely NOTHING now.

 

any solutions?
