[Problem with my Poseidon ZX Kailh Blue switches.]

 Mind if you could help me with my Tt eSports Poseidon ZX?

I've got this awesome keyboard way back 2013. And with all due respect, this keyboard help me almost all of my projects as a programmer and a gamer here in the Philippines. But theres one thing that went my keyboard to have a problem on its Kailh switches. When pressing the keys "f" and "j" it suddenly doubles what I've clicked. 

Can you help me with this? 

 

Is my keyboard still covered with its 5year warranty? Help me please
