Installation steps:
1. Unplug your keyboard
2. Remove the software
3. Uninstall old driver using the Control Panel -- Programs -- Tt eSPORTS POSEIDON Z RGB
4. Go to directory C:\Program Files (x86)\TteSPORTS and remove all files
4. Restart your computer
5. Plug in the Keyboard

It's funny because you see the thread before its released go to speculation "It's heavy, looks silly" and turns into people actually getting it and going "I love it"
Just be careful any thermaltake employees the first few pages aren't the nicest posts.. but then the thread gets really good at the end where all the users are happy with it

I have to check with our PM team because we haven't have this situation before. Usually the firmware will update after we click "start update"

Nope, still not working. =/ I had to buy a logitech mouse to use macros on... would still like for the keyboard macros to work eventually, though. They were easier to turn on and off.
I'm sorry that I really can't find the reason why it doesn't work on your PC. I've tried many Poseidon Z RGB keyboards on WIN 7 & WIN 10 and the macro works very well.....

Hello David,
First and foremost thank you to you and the team for resolving this issue. I just want to confirm with you that this does fix the problem and the mouse remembers the correct performance settings upon both restarts and unplugging the device.

I did that exactly. The only difference I see is that yours says "T key" (like in the older version of my software), where the newer version of the software I have it says "Macro key".
Still not works?

On the thermaltake downloads weblinks it only shows the command centre v1.0230 where as the link supplied in this thread by tt-david is v1.0243 ? I bought a brand new mouse which arrived today and the laser appears to not work, Using the command centre downloaded here at the link there is no option of upgrading firmware i am currently on firmware 1.18 how do i get to 1.3.
please advise
Did you buy the Level 10M or Level 10M Advanced gaming mouse?

It's an atrocity that nearly 2 years later, this is a known issue with no documentation, and that occurrences are driven to support with no posted solution.
Even posting that it's a hardware defect with no fix would have been acceptable documentation. I'd just go exchange the mouse for a new one, expecting it not to be defective. Instead, I can only surmise that this is an issue with all Thermaltake mice and expect that exchanging it for a different unit would not fix the problem.
I'm gonna go return this and get a mouse from a different manufacturer. I'm also going to specifically avoid buying Thermaltake anything in the future, because this level of documentation on a known issue is abysmal. For shame. Way to drive away business!

Hey guys, new software is SWEET.
I am loving my keyboard now more than ever.
BUT
One small thing, you know how in the Lighting profile section,
under the "Arrow flow" zone,
if you click on "Customized" zones
- then there is an option for "SURFACE" On/Off toggle.
This is amazing. I love the fact that you have basically merged STATIC with ARROW FLOW.
Now I know this may seem weird, but could you please please pretty please have the same "SURFACE" On/Off setting for "REACTIVE" mode?!
I know it might seem weird, but I really want to try out a lighting profile with such a setting! I don't want the arrow animation, I simply want the key to change color when I press it,but also be lit up (not dark ) when it is not being pressed.
Once again, amazing job, and sorry to ask for more, but hopefully you can make my wish come true
