I have tried calling that number during the hours you posted several time but never got an answer. I have sent and email and have been waiting weeks for a reply. I still have not heard back from the facebook message I sent. How do I get in touch with a customer service representative?

Can you find your mouse in the device manager?
No I cannot. There is no response or change when I plug and unplug it.
I have tried plugging it into another computer and it still doesn't function.

I have had a 10M diamond black mouse for a little under a year and it has suddenly stopped working. This is a replacement that was sent under warranty after my first one had a wire issue. I'm not sure what the problem is this time. I've tried downloading the firmware 1.3 update from its store page, but it didn't recognize a mouse plugged in. Any help?
