Late last year I was lucky enough to win a Toughpower RGB 1200W PSU (which doesnt even power on, but that's not the issue)
I was also fortunate enough to receive two three-packs of Riing 12 fans.
I currently have three of them connected via the controller box to the SYS_FAN pins on my motherboard, as none of the other PIN OUTS activate the fans. which pins is the controller supposed to be connected to?
I also tried downloading the software. Riing RGB Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition which loads, but does not modify the fans in any way. When I tried to download the PRO fan software, I get the "Fan Controller not detected error" is the software supposed to be able to control the fans?
edit: I noticed that a number of videos of people reviewing this product have the fan controller connected directed to a 4-pin male fan connector powered directly from a standard molex connector. do you sell one of these that I could buy?
