[Thermaltake Riing 1420mm RGB Fan 3 Pack with Controller help]

Hey guys, i'm new here and i was looking for some help, i have a 3 pack of 120 mm fans and 3 pack of 140 mm. 

 

 

I bought the connector wire to sync the two controllers, but when i start my computer the other controller's speed is on red and the other is blue, so i remove the connector to the one that is outside of my case and put it on blue so it is synced, which is tedious thing to do everytime.

 

I was wondering if there was anything i can do to just keep it both synced when i start my computer
