Hi there,

I owned a Ttesport poseidon Z blue switch mechanical keyboard as a gift from my cousin. Unfortunately he dont have the receipt of purchase as he lost it somewhere.

My question is, since Ttesport provide a 5 years warranty for the keyboard, is it possible if we claim the warranty according to the date of release of the keyboard(printed under the keyboard) instead of the date of purchase(in the receipt)?

Im asking because I ever claim warranty for Toshiba products without the receipt but they will follow the release date of the product under the product label. Please help to clarify, thank you.
