[Riing RGB Tt Premium Edition software can't detect the controller]

good day TT community!

I brought a Riing 12 Radiator Fan rgb TT premium edition(3 pack)
i downloaded the Riing RGB Tt Premium Edition software V 2.1.5  (i presume that this the right software)

the fans works fine and in a red led setting only but the software says "Do not find Fan Controller, please check the Fan Controller is connected. (Error Code:H_0x0001)"

 

-i already tried all 2 usb 2.0 slot on the motherboard

i want to try more suggestions before i get it RMA'd to the store that i brought it from
