  1. Hi Thermaltake Team,

I would like to suggest adding a new Light Mode. This mode is used for example by NZXT and it's called "Covering Marquee".

Basically, there are two colors covering one another. Could you please consider adding this Light Mode to TT software?

Here's a video how it looks like in NZXT (red & white here):

    Thanks in advance!!

    Regards,
    Kuba

It looks like the update to V 1.2.3 fixed the "Error Code:H_0x0001" problem. Fans are working OK a few days in a row now.
If anything changes, I will let you all know.

It's been over a week and I haven't got this error anymore. Good job Thermaltake, it was really annoying!
One thing  though - the fan lights are not "moving" when you wake your computer from sleep.

I have same problem tt support is worthless I was ignored once then sorry we could not help you wish you best of luck tt has no intentions of assisting customers or standing behind their product. bottom line 4 pin fan light combination should not be that problematic I removed cooler and fans put in cooler masters rbg had no problems best advice stop wasting your time on company that does not support you or their product .

Sadly, I have to agree. I created a bunch of support tickets describing this problem and they never got back to me.

Thermaltake, are you going to do anything with this problem? I don't want to open my case every time I power on my computer and power-cycle the controller manually to get the fans connected/working with the software. Is this the hardware problem or software problem? Can we get any input on this from your side? Thanks!

  5. Yeah, I still have this problem too... after many software updates, nothing really changed in terms of this "H_0x001" code error.

The only thing that helps for me every time is to power-cycle the controller while the computer is powered on, like I mentioned in this thread: https://community.thermaltake.com/index.php?/topic/64021-riing-plus-premium-errror-codeh_0x0001/

    Effin frustrating.

I also use Corsair Link 4.9.7.35 (for Vengeance RAM sticks) and CAM software 3.5.60 (for NZXT Kraken X62 v2).

In case TT support looks here, these are my full system specs:  https://valid.x86.fr/d8kgqy

were you able to fix it i am having the same issue as you.

It's happening very rarely now and randomly. I feel like this has something to do with the power management, like if you have unexpected power outage or something like that and then you turn on your computer again and this error pops out. I did not happen to me this month.

If I get it, this works for me:

    1. Exit the program completely.
    2. Do not power off the computer, just unplug the power cable from the controller and plug it in after a few seconds.
    3. Start the program.

    Works every time for me.

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    KLU

    Hi,

Can you help provide us with you full system specs?

As mentioned as well in the Corsair Thread, are you experiencing the same issue with HW Monitor or other applications?

On the Toshiba drive, do you have applications that are running when this is occurring? Any background apps?

If you turn these apps off, does the clicking continue?

Thanks for the info in advance as we try to recreate this issue to find a solution.

Hi Mike. Full system specs: https://valid.x86.fr/d8kgqy

Yes, I have the same issue with Corsair Link, HW Monitor and now your software, so it just has to be some pooling issue, as all these programs have some monitoring features and are reading temperatures.

In all three cases, the clicking stops when I close the applications (to be precise, each one of them is enough to cause clicking, not all three simultaneously). And no, the Toshiba drive is purely for storage. System is on a separate NVME drive.

I appreciate your help, thank you.

    Kind regards,
    KLU

  8. I just got the same issue a couple of times (Error Code:H_0x0001). It happens randomly. Resolved it by disconnecting the power cable and USB cable on the controller, while the PC is turned on.

So, just close the program, do the power cycle and run the program again. That worked for me.

How can I resolve it permanently? RMA the controller? I thought I will be supplied with the new one, since I just bought it and the seller told me that this is the new shipment...

    Btw, I'm running Ryzen 1700 on X370.

  9. Hi guys,

I have just bought the most beautiful chassis fans in the world right now, Riing Plus RGB 12  Thank you TT! ;)

However, when the software is running, it is most probably pooling temps and this is causing my Toshiba X300 HDD clicking every ~5 seconds.

This is a known issue (CPUID SDK), also with a Corsair Link software, which is causing the same: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=163697

Please, FIX IT asap, because it is super annoying, and with TT RGB software disabled, the fans are only lit static, no cross nor my favourite ripple effects possible :(

I look forward to hearing from you!

    Kind regards,
    KLU
