[Minimize Command Center Pro to System Tray at Startup?]

Hi,

I have been using the Nemesis Switch mouse for the last couple of days and I love it.  The one issue I have been having is when "Enable load at startup" is activated within the Command Center Pro software the GUI pops up when I start my computer.  I am happy there is at least a way to automatically start it with Windows, since adding a shortcut to the startup folder within Windows does nothing.  However, I need in to minimize to the system tray automatically when my system starts up.  Is there a way to do this with the current state of the software?
