[Tt esports commander keyboard problem (win lock)]

I have a problem. Several times, when I turn up my pc, some keys don´t works. These keys are the Windows key and the Y  U  I  O  P keys. I try with all the FN convinations. Even when I press FN + imppant. the win lock light it does not turn on. 

When I have this problem, pressing FN + U + I, write a letter N and pressing FN + I + O, write a comma. 

Eventually the keyboard  work (pressing constantly all the convinations) but the problem come again when I restart or shut down my pc. I tried unistalling the keyboard too. 
I think is a problem in my computer, a driver or something but I don't know. I have windows 10 x64. What can I doo?
