I went through your online zen desk portal that i got redirected to from your thermaltake support site.

 

I requested a Core X9 Vented side panel, and a HD Bracket kit (I.e 3 HD bays, and a Fan Mount).

 

I submitted the ticket on the 26th, and resent it to sales@thermaltakeuse.com on the 28th. The ticket request number is 43284.

I have a similar request but for the X9. I sent a submission about a week ago and have not heard back yet.

 

Do you know if X9 parts are available for purchase?
