  1. Hi there,

I just bought the SWAFAN 14 RGB kit and unfortunately one of the fans was not working. After switching cables around, i identified that it's a cable issue, how can I order just a cable for the fans? Any idea?

    thanks

  2. Hi there folks,

I'm building a new PC with the TT Tower 500 casing and using Air cooling as an option instead of liquid cooling, I notice in the manual and online the mention of 120mm & 140mm fans however i dont see which models are the supported ones, can someone guide me which models I can buy to install on the case?

    Much appreciated

TT fan connectors use 1 more pin  - TT wants you to buy the complete fan pack including controller

thank you for your response, that is exactly what I did for the HD as I felt it was enough to withhold it, I guessed they wanted us to buy the controller pack, which one do you recommend, have you bought any urself?

Hello. Fan conroller broke, no one will tell where to get it?

mine just stopped working as well last week, I thought the fans worn off with time since I had the case since 2015, I bought yesterday 3 new fans and still do not work; I eventually connected them through one of the power connections from the power supply, I don't get LED light only RPM; hope someone can advise us where to buy new fan controller for the casing.

Also I bought new SATA HD 8 TB and all the bays are no longer compatible with the screw locations of the new HD models, can we buy and replace the HD trays with new models?

hope we get answers to that to avoid buying a modern new casing

  5. Hi there,

Recently upon opening my casing to remove an SSD drive, I noticed that my 3 Case cooling fans (Pure 20 LED Blue) are not working (not spinning, being idle) with the exception of the LED lights being on. Initially I thought I messed up and pulled some cables off by mistake, however I checked all connections and everything seems to be connected properly.

I thought that since I have owned my casing since 4 years which is the Core V71, I thought maybe the fans lifetime took place so I eventually went ahead and bought 3 new fans.

When I tried to replace one fan with a new one, I noticed the problem still persists; since the new fan came with a power cable directly to be connected from the power supply, I tried connecting the old fans all 3 of them and noticed they are working, so I eventually narrowed down my problem to the actual casing connection as attached in this post, pls refer to image attached. You will notice the area called fan1 & fan2, seems that while the fans are connected there, I only recevie the blue LED light but fans do not work.

Has anyone faced any similar issues and can advise me what to do to resolve this matter.

I have managed to connect all fans currently straight from the power supply through the cable that came with the new fans however when doing so, although all fans are working yet the LED lights are off on all fans plus I can no longer control them from the main casing switches to reduce their speed and currently they are running on fast speed which I have no control off.

I would appreciate any assistance if possible, and can I replace the switch board of the casing perhaps? and where can I order that for my casing model?

    Many Thanks in advance

    Best Regards

  6. Hi there,

I have been having problems running the TT DPS G app on my desktop since 4 years since I bought my power supply, I never got time to troubleshoot it earlier due to my workload

nonetheless I have an MSI 7882 X99S Gaming 9 AC motherboard, I updated the bios 3 days ago thinking maybe that would have been the issue however I still get this error when I try to run the app "could not setup the connection with the power supply. Please make sure your toughpower DPS is successfully connected to computer vis usb"

I checked the motherboard and it seems the cable is inserted from the power supply usb to the motherboard

any help would be appreciated on this

    thanks
