  1. Good Day,

Got a brand new P3 Red edition the other day.  I have a GTX 1060 on an Asus Maximus XI Z390 MOBO

When I have my GPU connect in the 1st slot BIOS is showing that its running at 2x speeds. (supposed to be x16)  When I connect the Riser Cable to the 2nd mobo slot the speed is now x4 (not sure of thats correct either) When I connect the GPU directly to the MOBO, the BIOS shows the correct x16 PCI-E Speed's.  Tried a bunch of BIOS settings to fix, have a fresh install of windows 10, nothing works. The 1st slot is stock at 2x speeds with the riser cable.  Confirmed the x2 speeds in BIOS + in Windows with 100% load. (have not test the fps yet, but i dont want to take any chances of it running at x2 in the middle of a gaming session.

    Please help.

  2. Good Day,

I have just finished assembling my new computer, by using the Thermaltake RGB 360 TT.  The computer is super silent except for the pump.  It is making a low pitched noise, not super loud, but clearly the loudest component and extremely unpleasant to the ears.  Not the normal noise that your normal fans would make.  I seen someone had the exact same problem few posts below, but I did not see any solutions to the issue.  I am re posting the video that was originally posted in that thread, seeing how I have the exact same noise issue.

Thank you in advance for the help.  Look forward to your reply.
