    Hi,

You will need to purchase our SYNC controller if you want to integrate it with MB RGB. You also cannot use our software this way, you will remove the controller the fans came with and plug them into the SYNC controller which then has a cable to goto the motherboard.

See more information and check your motherboards compatibility for the product here: (Please note the SYNC controller will only support +5V RGB LED headers, not +12V)

As for the fans going out of SYNC on just the Thermaltake products, once you click save, it will reset and SYNC the LED mode, once you have it set and saved, do a shutdown and then boot up to test and confirm.

Hello I have 5 Pure Plus 12 RGB fans connected to the controller linked above.  The controller linked above is connected to 5V head of my Gigabyte B450 Pro Wifi. I also have to PWM cables from the controller to the motherboard Sys Fan Header and Sys Fan 2 header.

When launching RGB Fusion, it only allows me to change the MB lights and my RAM RGB lights.  It gives me no option to change my fan lights.  How do I get around this issue?  The only way i can change my Fans color is through RGB Fusion in BIOS, but it only allows me to change all the light or nothing.  It does not allow me to change individual lights.

Please shed some light if there is something else I need to get to get this to work. Spending money on this stuff and it does not work as advertised.
