[Need Help. Case Fans and Software issues]

Hey guys. I ordered 5 riiiing plus premium fans and i recently installed it. I ordered it from amazon. 3 out of the 5 fans have dead leds. One  has liegit no rgb liighting and the other 2 have some dead leds. The other issue i am having is the software. I am sure i connected everything correctly as they are lighting but it says cant find fan controller. Error H_0x0001. I have a i76700, rtx 2080, z270 from gigabyte. Someone plz help.
