[Riing Plus and Ryzen Software Issue Cannot Recognize Controllers]

I ended up swapping the fans with the pure plus argb riing fans which work just fine. One Intel using friend is more than happy to take the others off my hands.

This is an issue for me as well as the software works for a little while and then it freezes. In order to get it working again I have to close the software via task manager for it to start working again. However, the LEDs just freeze again after some time passes. I am hoping that Thermaltake has a solution for this soon as I would rather not have to buy different fans to get the look I want.

i tried the updated software and it worked all of 30 minutes. I bought these fans (riing plus) because I thought that they were the best looking on the market and competitively priced. Little did I know that the software was going to give me so much grief over my Ryzen processor.
