[Pump RGB not working]

I have built this PC 2 years ago and the RGB on the Pump was working for a bit until I removed 3 of the fans I had in my case. I had 6 fans in total 3 on each side of radiator. The controller I am using came with the 3 extra fans not the water cooling. I have seen people with same issue having to get replacements but if there is a easier way would love to know my options.

[Floe Riing not lighting up]

While installing the floe riing cooler everything went well except the floe riing is not lighting up seen in the picture below. The 3 fans are working and working in software but the floe riing is not. Also the water cooler when receiving water was making a weird noise. any help?

[Floe Riing CPU Cooler and 3 Riing Plus Fans]

I have a Thermaltake Floe Riing 360mm CPU Cooling and also 3 Riing Plus Fans. In the software it only lets me control 3 of the fans and they are all labeled weird in the program. Had a place put my pc together so I do not know if they setup the fans wrong. Any help would be great.
