thank you this worked i can now use all the buttens one it and iv had it about a year or more and they broke a day arfter i bought the keybourd

hello im just wondering if anyone now how to fix the media key on the neptunes software becouse my media keys worked then i broke the software had to reintall it but now my media/game/brightness/windows store keys don,t work at all but the rest of the keyboard dose dose anyone have or know a safe way to fix this? thank you in advanced

have you tried flashing the keyboard i had the same thing flashed the keyboard and know the lights and keys work but know my media keys don't work?
