Motherboard rotation
in Chassis

Hi everyone this is my first time posting, could I have some help please, could I rotate
the motherboard so the graphics card will sit in the brackets.
Instead of hanging down as seen in the photo as it keeps working loose,or will I have to fit the graphics card in the brackets and purchase a riser cable.
