I am having issues with the software like always.. every single version you guys release is bugged or completely non functional. I paid almost $200 for my whole rgb fan setup 3 ring duo's and 3 pure plus fans and two controllers. You advertise these kits as premium top of the line fans but what is the point of buying them if you can't manage to get one stable version of the software released. The "Alexa" integration does not work at all might as well stop with the false advertising with that. If you cannot make a simple fan control program then stop attempting it and outsource to someone who knows how to code and give us a solid build without it crashing every 5 minutes or will not open at all if I restart. Its really frustrating that every time I reboot I gotta delete the app data and reconfigure each fan over and over every time I turn the computer on. We shouldn't have to pay the prices you are selling these fans and controllers for if you give a basic non functional product. you need the software to work to control the speed or light and you made the fans propitiatory so we can't even plug then into the mother board. We are forced to use the controllers and the software works when it feels like it. Fix it please!! its ridiculous.. These bugs are the same bugs that have been happening for TWO YEARS!!!
Thermaltake needs to address their defective TT RGB products

How has Thermaltake lasted this long without being sued. Their TT RGB products are clearly defective because of the software. How can we use a product if the software does not work. Thermaltake will not respond to their negligence, I personally think a class action suit needs to go forward if they can not or not willing to fix their product. about 95% of customers that own some type of TT RGB product have some kind of issue that limits the products usability. You are walking on eggshells Thermaltake. Just because you are a big company doesn't give you the right to mislead and rip off your consumers.
