[Neptune elite rgb blue keyboard]

Hi,

I pressed the gaming key once and the light stays on but it doesn't work, nor does it turn off when pressed again. The other keys when pressed do not work, and also do not change color.
And the mute key turns the light on when pressed but it doesn't work either.
