    wait for 5 sec and plug it back again, see if windows and TT RGB PLUS detect new devices.

    i am having the same issue with the USB device not being recognized , with in the windows system, or with in the RGB software provided. i am running an Asus ROG B450-F MB.

     

    i have tried the unplug the controller power method, and nothing works. is there possibly another software that can be used? windows cant find any drivers for the usb device either.
