I wrote above that I connected it to a computer. I wrote an application for a refund, the store conducted an examination, according to the results of which the power supply unit, as I was told by phone, was working properly. What I didn’t believe, and I was denied a refund.

I want to make sure that the power supply is defective. I inserted the power supply into my computer, everything was connected correctly. When I turn on the computer, the built-in wintelators in the system unit turn on for a second and the computer does not turn on anything else. I tried to do this with my old msi 1050ti video card and new rtx 3060ti. As far as I understand the power supply is not working properly?
