Absolutely ridiculous customer service. This is the second thread i've seen about people complaining about not receiving a response. Consider this a third.

Hi,

I desperately need an 8 pin to 6+2 pin for the 850w version of this power supply. I have an RTX 3080 just lying around and I can't even use it just for the lack of this one cable. I don't want to buy a whole new PSU just for the sake of one wire. If someone could help me i'd be eternally grateful.
