[Poseidon Z keycap replacement set]

As the title says I was wondering if there is a way to get a replacement keycap set for my keyboard (tt esports poseidon z non illuminated blue switch edition)because my spacebar and some other keys degraded and warped over the years. My 5 year warranty still stands but I can't get ahold of someone in the company to help me. Any help is appreciated thank you very much!.
