Hi there

I've been trying to get a hold from someone at thermaltake for a couple of weeks now, and I've not had any luck. 

I tried the thermaltake reddit page  and was directed to try my luck here, so here I am. 

I submitted a service request on the 14th of January, for my psu that failed, but have yet to hear anything

Any help would be appreciated!

It seems very bleak as all I've seen and heard are other users who've waited for months and haven't heard back from thermaltake.
